FastTest
The FastTesT service is an intercept survey program aimed at refining the development of ad themes and executions. From initial creative design, the process can go straight to a quant test of up to three storyboard ideas, print styles, or radio ads. A FastTesT program can be completed in one (using a sample of N=75), or two days ( a sample of N=150). Topline results can be available by COB on the third day.

Customer Satisfaction
Our Customer Satisfaction programs develop customer satisfaction measures that are both meaningful to customers, and of relevance to management. The process ensures that measures are meaningful, able to be addressed, and important to the customer. We have conducted customer satisfaction surveys in the public sector, retail, business to business, and health.
These surveys are conducted by self-completion (either hard copy or web based), telephone, or face to face in -depth interviews.

Focus Groups
Patterson Market Research’s focus groups are conducted by one of our senior consultants, who have the experience of running hundreds of groups over the last 20 years on a wide range of consumer and industrial subjects, including:

Tracking Studies
Our experience in reproducing high standard samples for our opinion poll program has given us a significant advantage in the design and application of tracking studies. The list of tracking studies undertaken in recent years includes:

  • A four year tracking study for the WA Tourism Commission
  • An on-going community opinion program for a major heavy industry
  • Advertising awareness for a major health fund
  • A monitor of environmental issues for a major industry group
  • Customer Satisfaction surveys for public and private sector clients

Some of the above use our regular opinion-poll as a base. Others have dedicated programs developed for them.

Web Based Surveys
Our web survey module has the flexibility to run web surveys under our name or a client name. Respondents are simply invited to a web address to complete their survey. That web address is completely flexible in appearance, and the system has the following added benefits:

  • Ability to import graphic or display material, even full TV ads.
  • Skips easily catered for
  • Rotation of presentation of lists or questions
  • Prevention of “double dipping”
  • Ability to suspend and return to complete at later time
  • Output into Excell SPSS or Surveycraft files.
  • Ability to identify non – responses and send reminder e-mails or phone follow-up.
